About Me
CURRENT MISSION
'The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware' - Henry Miller
ABOUT ME
We are a young family that has returned from a long journey to South Africa and Latin America. For many years we dreamed of traveling together, working together, quietly learning and watching each other grow as individuals. We did just that, doing some volunteer work (WWOOFing), learning the lullabies of other lands, stretching our language muscles, sharing our stories and filling our journals with recipes.
Now we are home, building a nest, growing veggies, trying not to forget all the Portuguese we picked up along the way!
PHILOSOPHY
We believe in living with the heart, in daydreaming, riding your bike, taking leaps of faith and watching kids for tips on spontaneity and joy
We also believe that there is much, much more to this universe than can be seen with the eye or touched with the hand
We try to embrace the chaos

Having our babies at home
Teach, Learn, Share
Between us we speak English, Russian, French and now some Portuguese. We can share our passion for food and cooking, our blossoming parenting experience and our interest in the ways people adapt and change.
We would love to learn about how other cultures raise their babies, alternative ways of healing and living sustainably.
