I am a joyful, quite, curious lady. I feel I am discovering myself when I visit new places and meet new cultures. And I like be helpful sharing my skills. This is why in the last years I volunteered in India and Myanmar.

I believe is important to be useful for the community somehow. No matter where, no matter how. I'm trying to give my best.

I am interested to meet people and their culture, I am curious about the fact that everyone is different and they can always make my day somehow, in a positive way. And Vice versa.
I can learn from others continuously and keep my mind open, learning to overcome prejudices and judgments.
My life is an ongoing process of learning and sharing good vibes.

兴趣

I'm practice meditation, and yoga (when my bones allowed me).
I have an art background... I'm in love with all the expression of art. I love to see exibitions, cinema, teater, dance, music...
But I also love to spend time in the nature, just contemplating the beauty of this incredible planet, or be in the silence of a quite mind.

In my country I am considered a very good cook. But I understand that every culture has his own taste.
I eat vegetarian and cook vegetarian since many years.
