Originally from New Zealand, I have been working as a fashion designer for various different fashion labels over the past five years in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and Bali, Indonesia.
I'm passionate about art, design, fashion, alternative music, film, theatre, yoga, food, wine, interesting people, travel, adventure.
After falling in love with Europe while travelling three years ago, I've just made the move and am currently in London. I intend to travel around, seeing and experiencing as much as I can. My intention for my travels is to learn about the world, about different cities, towns and villages, and the culture and people there. I want to be a conscious traveller, not a tourist.

I'm drawn drawn to couchsurfing because when I travel, I am more interested in meeting and getting to know the local people than I am in booking in to a hotel.
I love meeting new and interesting people, and hearing about/experiencing a new city from their perspective.
