CURRENT MISSION

I moved to South America on August 20th, 2013 - April 2016 and it was the best decision of my life. I want to go to Cuba and other islands in the Caribbean while I will be living and working in the states. I want to travel, volunteer, work, meet people, experience life, new cultures and live life the right way!

My dream is to go to Nepal, Bhutan, India, different countries in Africa, South East Asia.

ABOUT ME

I am 34 I am back in states after being a nomad in Latin America for 3 years. It was the best 3 years of my life. I solo traveled all throughout South and Central America. I lived and worked in Brazil, Chile, and Nicaragua!

PHILOSOPHY

I want to live life the right way. I want to experience life 1st hand and truly living life to the fullest. Life is far too short and I want to make sure my experience is the best one I can have.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In Denver I went to some meet-ups for Couchsurfing. Since I have been traveling I have couchsurfed in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Chile and in Costa Rica.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had great experiences couch surfing in Colombia, Ecaudo, Peru, Brazil , Chile and Costa Rica. This is such a great movement and I am spreading the word every where I go!

I will use couchsurfing the rest of my life and keep spreading the movement to everyone i meat.

Intereses

I am interested in meeting people, making new friends, learning about new cultures, cooking,(FUTBOL) soccer, yoga, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, biking, etc. I love sports and participating in them. I love music and going to live music. I also enjoy art and Mother Nature/Pacha mamma.

Música, películas y libros

I really enjoy all different types of music (not a huge fan of country). I like indie, ska, rock, folk, and any group that puts on a great live show! Some groups and people I enjoy to listen to: The Black Keys, The Doors, The Beatles, MGMT, Group Love, Jimmy Cliff, etc.

I love reading. I think more people should read on a regular basis. While I travel I plan on having some books with me that I can trade with other travels or hosts.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Took my mom skydiving for her 64th birthday in Boulder, CO. I rode a camel in the Sahara Desert in 2006 on a trip while studying abroad in Seville, Spain. I was on 2 production teams for Music Festivals at Red Rocks in 2011. I have been traveling South America and Central America solo for 3 years.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach people about cooking, soccer snowboarding, and sandboarding if they are interested. I have run soccer programs along with snowboard camps and contests. I would like to learn more Spanish and about the different cultures in South America.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can cook for them! Speak Spanish and some Portuguese. Also, if they want to know about traveling in Latin America, living and working.
