ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old Canadian. I've been living in Japan for the past two years and loving every minute of it. I teach English at a high school wth fantastic students who make my job worth while.

I love seeing new places and meeting new people! I'm usually up for just about any adventure. And if people don't mind a crowd, I usually say the more the merrier in my home! I love having guests and showing people the places I love to go around Nagasaki.

I'm new to the couch surfing world! I just signed up and am looking forward to meeting lots of interesting people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new to this (I've only had one surfer so far), but it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to more!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I like listening to a lot of different music, but don't really follow much of any scene. Most of the artists I know are not very recent, but I do like new music too. I listen to basically anything from Leonard Cohen to Lady Gaga..

I like watching movies with friends, but don't know actors or any of that jazz... One of my favorite movies is Cool Runnings. I also like Thank You for Smoking, and just about any movie about dance or figure skating!

I like reading, but mostly I just read the news. A few books I have really enjoyed are Tuesdays With Morrie, The Art of Happiness, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (I know it's a childrens book, but I love it)

If you want to learn to ice skate I'd love to teach you(if we are near an ice rink or frozen pond). I taught skating all threwout junior high and high school.
