I'm a new explorer excited to see the world other than where I grew up. I studied anthropology in college and love learning about and being subjected to cultures different from mine.

I'm venturing out of United States for the first time and I've heard this is an amazing community to become a part of. I'm excited to meet new people and make new friends.

I've longed to travel for as long as I can remember and this is my first opportunity to do just that. I love experiencing new things, meeting new people, seeing beautiful things, and attempting to speak French.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love anything written by Hemingway and Steinbeck; although I enjoy a plethora of authors. My go-to film choice would be something foreign, particularly French. I can get down to any type of music as long as the people and the environment are right.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've backpacked the Trinity Alps of Northern California, which was awesome, but I'd really like to add some more amazing activities to my list.

I'd love to learn to speak French fluently and pick up on other languages as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm clean, organized, and I don't think I snore. I'm not the most creative cook but I can make a decent cocktail.
