Hi, I’m Katie! I’m an American university student who hopes to one day teach at international schools. I love to read, write, spend time in nature, cook, and travel - among other things. I’m easygoing, kind, clean, and respectful! I’ll even cook you dinner :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I work part-time while I’m in school, and I have very little money to spare. Plane tickets are expensive enough, and with accommodation, traveling becomes super expensive for students. I also want to meet local people wherever I go and really get to know places from a non-touristic point of view :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can definitely buy groceries, cook meals (I’m a pretty decent cook!), clean (one of my part-time jobs in housekeeping!), and even offer modest financial contributions.
