Hello! My name is Katie and I currently live and work in New York City. I recently graduated from Columbia University with my masters in Epidemiology and Global Health. I have lived, worked, and traveled all over the world. I am very new to Couchsurfing but have heard wonderful things about it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 2016 and the beginning of 2017 living and working for a company in Southeast Asia. My home was Phnom Penh but I worked for a regional team and was flown all over SEA for work. I did data analytics for a non-profit that monitored nutritional intake and health status of lower income citizens of Cambodia, Viet Nam, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

I have flown airplanes, rode in helicopters, hot air balloons, and been skydiving. I love adrenaline rushes and thrills!
