I love learning, the ocean, dogs, exploring and thinking about the future and how we are all connected. I have made some incredible friendships in the past year, have spent a lot of time since February travelling including recently spending 5 weeks living in Bali with several inspiring fellow coaches.

I work as a life and business coach helping others with gaining clarity on their vision, developing intuition, building awareness and being present and connected with themselves and those they love.

I love communities and how they nourish us in so many ways. I am starting a new project interviewing those who have built online and offline communities and am planning to create retreat centers in the future.

I spent many years on the beach as a volunteer lifesaver in Australia as well as working as a paid Lifeguard at a water park....in short I love the water :-)
