Hello I'm Katie, an American girl from California currently living in Bordeaux, France where I'm finishing up a masters degree in linguistics. I'm a calm, open and easygoing person :) I love to cook, eat, read, crochet, ride my bike, go thrifting, and discover new people and places. So far I've been all around the west coast of the US, visited a few different cities in France as well as Brussels, Prague, Gdansk, Krakow, Budapest, Berlin, Vienna and have been briefly to Canada, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. After finishing my bachelor's I spent a year in France as an au pair and then worked in restaurants/bars for a few years in California before coming back here to study.

I know how to bake macarons and cook some things, I can share about my studies if that interests you, I would love to learn more about computers or how to draw better, to practice my basic Spanish, or to learn the basics of any language.. and I'm always happy to exchange recipes! I've been a tutor in French, English, and python basics.
