HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Id like to participate by staying with people, sharing laughter and stories and getting to know more awesome people around the world. I love to share my music, food, and inspirations:) When I one day return to settle in Australia, I look forward to returning the favours.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted quite a few people in Australia, most of which weren't official couch surfers, but mostly WOOFERS or random travellers I had met. Same deal really, gorgeous people, great company, beautiful connections and exchanges.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Not much of a movie fan, but if I do have to watch one it would have to be a romantic comedy, or star trek funnily enough. Music wise, I like folk, rock, funk, reggae, world, as long as its got a heavy beat, and/or interesting and catchy melody. Lyrics are most important to me, I love it when they are any of the following: Deep, relatable, mysterious, inspirational, honest, raw blunt, or crude.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I ran a chook rescue business for a while in Australia called Hug-A-Chook and that was one of the most exhausting, gruesome, joyous, and rewarding experiences I have had. I watched innocent beautiful birds die a horrendous death after being starved and kept in the most horrendous conditions, and at the same time, I watched some of them sprout new feathers, gain weight, learn how to scratch in the dirt and peck grass, make friends and make a nest. It was extremely hard work, but there was never a moment I questioned what I was doing, working to help animals is the one thing i would do tirelessly.

These are my skills: singing, songwriting, bass playing, guitar playing, piano playing, gourmet vegetarian cooking, organic gardening, nutrition, animal husbandry or (animal wifery if there is such thing?), especially experienced with chooks, horses, dogs and goats. Always into more sharing on any of the above and anything else that comes my way really.
