About Me

I spent a full year travelling throughout Eurasia, USA and Canada.

On this trip, I discovered some of my most beautiful moments all involved taking risks, and venturing outside my comfort zone.

Couchsurfing, while at first frightening, became the reason for some of my greatest adventures.

Without the kindness of people from around the world, I wouldn't have had the chance to visit the Arctic Circle, or travel through Canada and the US.

After returning home, I try to do my best to keep the adventures alive. I love to hike and backcountry camp around Ontario.

As a guest, I'm down for anything. If you want to take me meet your grandma, I'm cool with that! Or if you really busy and can't spare more time than a quick chat at night, that's also understandable. I'm very flexible and independent. I like to respect my hosts and make sure our time together is a positive one.

As a host, I don't have a great deal of experience, but mostly I can provide a safe and comfortable place. I don't know all the best bars, but I can give you a unique view of Toronto and other parts of Ontario!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a traveller, I know that I can't return the favour for many people who have shown me kindness, so I'm a strong believer in paying-it-forward: I will host if I can, and offer rides, food and help to anyone in want of it!
