ABOUT ME

I am a music lover moving to New Orleans in order to immerse myself in the sounds of the city. I just finished my masters degree in ethnomusicology in Boston writing my thesis about Grateful Dead tapers and tape traders and am ready to experience something new.

One of the best things about traveling is waking up in someone's living room surrounded by friends new and old. Sharing stories. And making breakfast.

Interests

Music. Music. Music. Archives, vinyl, digitization, architecture, visual culture, long journeys on the highway. Dissonance, collages, sleeping in, back porch chill. Radio surfing, trees, camping, music festivals, awkward clothing, fake British accents, Chinese auctions, Old Greg, all things purple or red.
