Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Have an adventure meeting interesting people and seeing beautiful places. Spending this summer reading, gardening, cycling, and camping as much as possible.
ABOUT ME
I love learning, trying new things, and listening to good stories. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years exploring the forests and river that surrounds my parent's farm in western Kentucky and I believe that has formed many of my interests and values that I pursue today. I always have to get my outdoor fix from backpacking to snow shoeing to cycling and running.
Things I love: yoga, running, laughing, good coffee, umami food experiences, exploring, discussing, swimming and anything adventurous
PHILOSOPHY
Nothing is predictable

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gotten out of depression (v pro mental health and all conversations on the topic)
Teach, Learn, Share
My background is in environmental science, moral philosophy, and economics. In the past year, i've found a particular passion in the politics of art, which I find to be an incubator and instigator of social and political change. I'm into designed-based solutions to economic equity and urban policy, and could talk about this stuff for hours.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fermenting things, cooking curries and veggies of all sorts, basic financial literacy, and small steps to deconstruct capitalism :)
