I am currently living in Austin, TX splitting my time between working a 9-5 to pay the bills, going on air for Austin's NPR station KUT and learning how to digitize film at the Texas Archive of the Moving Image. I have a passion for storytelling, history, lore and the means in which we can convey and preserve such facets of culture.

I am an admirer of golden age silent film, french new wave, czech new wave, horror, surreal, science fiction, documentary, show me something that turns the world on its head.
To read, I love biographies and science fiction.

This January I went to Thailand for three weeks. This was by far the longest trip I had taken solo and the furthest I had traveled. It was an amazing experience that has cursed me in a beautiful way in longing for the next time to go longer and further.
