Overview
About Me
Hey! I'm an easy-going Aussie gal on many quests - the main one right now being to find a job so I don't run out of money and have to go home! Hoping to find work in Berlin but also open to wherever the wind takes me.
I'm a recent graduate and so I'm in that weird limbo period between finishing study and discovering the next chapter. I'm super open to any and every experience right now, and am really excited to be travelling again because I love how much you LEARN.
I'm very open-minded and curious and love hearing about other people's lives. Also really enjoy a beer or a wine with anyone who is willing to share!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have wanted to try it for a while but never have, and I think now that I am travelling alone it's the perfect time to connect with other travellers and share experiences. I love sharing stories and hearing about how others like to travel, because everyone's travel experience and preferences are so unique and it's fascinating to hear what people enjoy.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do not discriminate when it comes to music (mostly), I am into most things as long as they are not the chart toppers. I probably spend most of my time listening to techno and house and love the scene in Germany for this kind of music.
Have never had much time for movies and I do like reading but don't do enough of it. When I do it's mostly non-fiction, something about ecology or the environment usually gets me going.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked about a quarter of the Camino de Santiago in Spain, which despite the hoards of people, was a really humbling experience. Having to listen to your body and be kind to it and nourish it when needed was quite a spiritual thing, and I would not say I'm a spiritual person. I would love to do a similar walk, perhaps on a less travelled road.
It took me quite a long time to realise that hopping through cities is not really my thing. I love the outdoors and there is not much that satisfies me more than hiking totally new terrain. Unfortunately I realised this at the end of my last trip (when I did the Camino), so I am confident that this time round I will choose an adventure more suited to the desires of my SOLE (see what I did there?)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I do not have much to share materially but I am very friendly and would love to share stories and experiences. I would also throw an abundance of gratitude your way and be forever grateful for offering me a bed, couch, tent or kennel to sleep in!
