Overview
About Me
I've spent the last 9 months travelling the world before settling back down again in my hometown of London this autumn. I've had amazing experiences and met fantastic people; I can't wait to see what else is around the corner!
I'm clean, courteous and kind, and would love to meet you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to meet locals in the places that I'm travelling to give me a better understanding and appreciation of the place.
Interests
Food, films, foreign languages, animals of all kinds, hiking, cycling, dancing (retired ballerina - my party trick is being able to pirouette on cue!), and jumping into life head first
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite movie is pulp fiction and I can quote the entire thing. Also a sucker for a period drama
I'm the slowest reader and have never managed to find a favourite book (recommendations?) but I absolutely loved The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy and I can't wait for her new novel coming out this year.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in a rural village in El Salvador for three months (I will never take a hot shower or flushing toilet for granted ever again!!)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to cook - my speciality is chicken and apricot Moroccan tagine with couscous - hungry?
I speak English, French, Spanish and Italian fluently (and depending on how many drinks I've had, all at the same time!) and would be more than happy to give you a lesson!
