About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live, Laugh, Love and Explore!!!

ABOUT ME

Just a girl from Marietta, Georgia who decided to move to New York. Who then decided to try out living in the Czech Republic for a bit. Who then decided New York wasn't enough so she moved to France. Who then decided that France wasn't enough so she joined the Peace Corps. Which brought her to a lovely little town in the the north of Moldova called Rezina.

PHILOSOPHY

Live.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been trying to tell the people of my town about this idea. I live in a small town in the country of Moldova and the idea of traveling for fun is very foreign to them. I've tried to get the point across how fulfilling traveling can be without all the worries of money, something that is a huge issue for such a poor country.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only just heard great things from people who have hosted. They meet the coolest people and have the best stories!

Interests

Politics and History (have my degree in these lovely ladies), literature (all kinds), languages (would love to practice my French and Romanian), music (anything but house music-I get enough of it from my students), traveling, exploring, taking pictures, my family, animals, pretty much everything except maybe golf.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is a ridiculous section and a very small box.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't. There are too many. Though, anytime I can wander the streets of a town I'm exploring and just feel content with the sights, the smells, the sounds. . . now that's amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

A better question would be: What kinds of people would I not enjoy meeting and learning from? Life is one big learning experience.

Countries I’ve Visited

Germany, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Czech Republic, France, Moldova, United States
