Im a sports Major and outdoor enthusasist! I gradtuated from University last year and have been skiing and sailing my way around the world since.
I was born on a sheep and beef farm in a rural town in New Zealand. My childhood consisted of riding motorbikes, camping, playing with animals and all other farm related activities and now I'm a vegetarian, much to my parents surprise!
Along side my farming and academic commitments, I also enjoy a variety of sporting activities. I have previously competed in both squash and tennis, however my predominant focus and passion is outdoors based. I spend a lot of time skiing over the winter, with yoga, running, cycling and hiking becoming my activities in the summer. I have learnt that it is important to have a balance in life, that incorporates education, travel and the outdoors.

When I am at home on the farm we have a open house policy where I have met and invited friends from all around the world to come and stay. My reason behind joining couch surfing is to be able to do the same while on the road. I want to see and experience places through the eyes of the locals (you). Its also a chance to meet likeminded, friendly and fun people from all over the world.

So whats next? Over the next few years I want to develop more of an authentic path of life for myself and find a career Im passionate about, which is helping educate and heal people through; health, fitness and wellness.
Some of my adventures will take me to Canada where I want to buy a van full it with my skis, surfboard, skateboard and yoga mat and travel around living out of it. I want to visit India to deepen my practice of Yoga and Meditation and become a certified teacher, to surf in Hawaii and South America, assist with research of wildlife in Antartica, solo- skydiving, heli-skiing in Alaska and to continue to promote Organ Donation around the world.
