COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Tons! Especially since August 2007 - hosting in Macedonia, surfing and meeting in Ireland, India, Italy, etc. Now hosting in good ol' AZ.

Centres d'intérêt

Traveling (obviously), meeting people/ making new friends (obviously), and having fun (of course)... I am addicted to coffee, red wine, chocolate, and karaoke... I like road trips, ferry rides, train rides (esp in India), and long flights as well...the void of space and time during those long trips is regenerative. I am interested in experiencing all that I can and trying new things. I am always eager to learn. Serious stuff...health and the overall well-being of people is a deep interest of mine, as well as international development and women's issues.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Green Eggs and Ham is pretty good...:) The Alchemist is classic. My favorite movie would be Life is Beautiful, and as for music, I love the Foo Fighters, Jack Johnson, The Clash, The Cure, The Ramones, The Format, Joy Division, Muse, Weezer, RHCP, Juanes, Julieta Venegas, Belanova, etc.

Almost getting eaten by a lion in the Maasai Mara in Kenya, but then saved by a brave Maasai warrior who said he would make me his 2nd wife...(A little exaggerated, but basically true :))
