ABOUT ME

Alright, well let's start with the less obvious stuff: I am a little bit crazy (I like to sing and dance freely), but serious and mature when needed (hehe!). I was the only girl in my family back in the days of my childhood, so I took the role of the expressing-her-feelings-cheering-everybody-around-her: that's how I explain to myself the "singing" and joking around!

However, I am the oldest of two brothers. I am the responsible one and, why not, the right hand of my mother...!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am reconnecting with CS again, I am not sure if I will be able to host travelers as I live in a tiny apartment, but I will definitely like to meet people and tour them around a bit!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Jef and Victorya in Belgium! My very first host/guide! Jef as my host/guid and Victorya as my guide! They made me love this project: I literally had my eyes opened, I had never truly traveled before I was missing the real experience!

Interests

I love to learn as much as possible: it actually just happens, I ask a lot.

However, lately I have started to learn more about the impact food has on our bodies: you are what you eat! So maybe cooking (mostly eating well hahaha) I am not a Cordon Bleu but I do enjoy a good, healthy meal and with great company, even better! :) I also love food from around the world: Thai, Indonesian, Indian, Lebanese, Korean, etc, etc. Yummy!

I like to do yoga, though I do not do as much as I would like to! In general, I like sports but was never really much coordinated hehe... Though, I do still try!

Theater, acting is a new discovery, though a little hidden-secretly kept desired! I played a couple of times on Daaf's piano(hope you don't mind lol) and realized that I MUST get back to it and even take classes!

Music, Movies, and Books

Uhh... this is hard, I like too many things to just remember them all! And what is worse is that I keep finding new things or even better people share their treasures! There is new discoveries and I just keep loving more and more movies, books or music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was a little girl (sorry for the cliche), my grandparents lived far, far away and they still do. Though, at the time there was no electricity. They live, however, not even 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. We used to walk to the beach when the moon was full as well as the sky: filled with stars, they were our lamps and lit our way. Once we would arrive at the beach we would just watch the ocean, sing, play, laugh and enjoy all together the fresh breeze.
Nothing amazing, nothing extraordinary but this type of experiences make me believe that I had a wonderful childhood! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I actually like to learn a lot and share: I might not be a bookworm but I do learn a lot from conversations! People's experience behold a little treasure to my eyes.

Also, I do like to share whatever little knowledge I might have acquired. Therefore, I think I might not be too bad as a teacher. I actually used to volunteer with children.
