About Me

I'm Kati, university student from Estonia (yes, it's this small country in the northern part of Europe with lot of forests and highly developed IT-sector), since I love travelling, new challenges and adventures, I found myself a semester ago in Brno, Czech Republic.
I don't like to consider myself as a stereotypical Estonian because I'm not cold as an ice cube, I don't have any difficulties with making new friends and I like to laugh.
So what else I can tell about myself?
I have really sarcastic and black sense of humour but it's not a problem for me to make fun about myself.
I like to live in a moment and be spontaneous, so I often find myself in the places I haven't been before.
I like to party and my "weekend" usually starts on Wednesday and you can almost always find me on the bars/pubs/clubs having fun with my friends but of course it's not a problem for me to have a great time without the booze.
I think there is no such a thing as awkward silence because I have always been able to break the ice with (stupid) jokes and funny stories.
I think it's enough of this boring introduction part and since none of the good stories starts with "once I ate a salad" then are you up for a beer?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way how to learn something about different culture(s) is to hang out with the local people - they can take you to the places where the tourists guide never will.
