Hi, i'm Katja, but most of my international friends call me Kate which you are welcome to do too.
I'm very easy going, respectful and open minded. So far i have low experience with couchsurfing but always wanted to try it and now that i started travelling for a while it's my chance. When i'm done travelling and if couchsurfing worked well for me i'll be more than happy to offer it myself back in germany.
I am always up to meet new people and have a nice chat but i also respect the privacy of others or if my “host“ is not much into talking. Just need to know.

As mentioned i'm again back into travelling. I went to australia for a year couple of years ago before i started working as an auto upholsterer. I'm very passioned about my job, so it became my freetime activity as well. Also i love hiking, reading, movies etc.
I'm not a huge fan of dressing up each weekend to go partying but every now and then it hits me too. But preferred is a nice sit- together or bar/pub night.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As mentioned above, i'll be travelling for a while now and it's getting pretty expensive, also trying to find out what to do and see in a town takes sometimes ages and so i thought why not combining a low cost stay with meeting great new people with knowledge about their surrounding and if they want, having a great time together and maybe building up long lasting international friendships. :-D
