My boyfriend and I moved to krusevac in 2016. In Belgrade, we lived in artistic squat called Inex film. That summer owner sold the land and we had to leave, so we came here to try something different. I graduated from faculty of fine arts and he is serbian language professor, working like a librarian. We miss talking with travelers and all funny stories we heard because there are not many people coming here. Krusevac is small town, pretty dead, but, you know, we needed some peace and quiet after Inex film and its exhausting and unforgettable experience. It is very easy to reach us from the main bus station. We have only two rooms in our little house, and guest sleeps in one of them. We could host you in our Alternative cultural center, there is more space, Wi-Fi, but no shower unless you are flexible and no heating during the winter.

UPDATE

We are currently working on this project called Center for the alternative culture “The Nest” (Alternativni kulturni centar Gnezdo) , a piece of space dedicated to the revival and promotion of modern art trough exhibitions, festivals, music shows, cinema theater, discussions and workshops. It is a place where the young people gather and connect with each other, so they could develop and fulfill the cultural needs of both themselves and the local community of Kruševac.
