I like to learn new things, I'm very curious about everything; I want to understand how the world works. That's why I am currently doing my Master's in Neuroscience at Heidelberg University.
Sometimes I'm a bit shy and it can take a litte to get me out of my shell, but once you did that, I can be a very funny and open person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing back when I was 19 and in Australia and I needed places to stay.
At the moment, I am busy studying, but might give the couch in our little apartment to someone who would otherwise maybe land on the street.

Interests

I love music, video games, TV series and cute cuddly animals (I went to Australia for the kangaroos...). I'm pretty much interested in every topic, especially science and literature (I just love books!) and I like talking and debating about all kinds of stuff - and I'm always open to get to know new things!

Favourite Movie-Genre: Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Superhero-Movies.
E.g. Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Batman, X-Men, and so on.

Favourite Books: Mostly Fantasy, e.g. The Name of the Wind, Eragon, The Emerged World Series, The Neverending Story and pretty much every book by Jenny-Mai Nuyen.

Favourite Music: Mostly German Gothic Rock and songs from 60's to 80's, also some "normal" Rock music (Green Day or The Offspring) or metal.

I know very much about things that are interesting but never acually needed in real life, for example atomic physics, biology, chemistry and really abstract maths stuff... but hey, it's something!
I would really like to learn things about communication and social life, as I am currently lacking a few abilities there, but I'm actually a fast learner ;)
