CURRENT MISSION

Hey there! it's Katja, I am studying sociology at the university of Mainz but currently I am living for a while in the beautiful city of valencia in Spain!

If you want to stay with me I highly recommend you READING MY PROFILE clearly. I will, not answer on copy paste messages or on people that are not able to write a few lines about themselves, where they are, why they are using couchsurfing and their interests. As well I want to know why exactly I am the chosen host to write to. If you share your home with somebody you should at least have some things in common to get along well with each other and know some things about the other person.
I AM NOT A HOSTEL so I will not answer on boring messages like: I am arriving that, day at that time. Can you host me?
If you send me a message like this better go and search a hostel!

If you are prepared to write a few, lines here are some things about me you should know:

I love nature, laughing, chilling, bike tours, music and workshops, festivals, books with philosophical background and books in general, yoga and acroyoga, slack line, balance exercises, meditation and juggling and a lot of other stuff.
I love summerdays and this is one of the reasons why I chose Valencia as the city in Spain where I wanna live for a while. I was always in love with the sea thats why I am as well living super close to the sea now.

We all need to find our way back in a more calmed down way of living.
One of the reasons I do couchsurfing is that I got treated so good in all my travels and everyone welcomed me with open arms. Especially my travels in Israel, Portugal and Spain as well in Italy and other countries gave me a lot of power that there are people that care for you and welcome you as if they know you since years! Another point is to avoid using capitalistic structures. Imagine sharing everything! Even your home! I likely invite you to dive into the sharing culture and exchange possibilities of alternative ways of living in terms of waste disposal, reduction of food waste (one of my most, important missions!!), growing your own healthy food or avoiding consumption as often as possible - and if so consume in a sustainable and fair way - let's exchange knowledge about those important topics and create something Great!

So if you are a person who wants to change the world into a better place and be part of a Community who cares for each other instead of being ignorant, smiling to noone in the street and just looking for their own benefits do not hesitate to send me a message!!

Hola gente!
Soy Katja y de momento estoy estudiando sociológia y, anthropologia en la maravillosa Valencia.

Te recommiendo a LEER MI PERFIL claramente porque no voy a responderte si no me digas quien estás, porque estas usando couch surfing y algo sobre tús interesas. Además quiero saber porque me eligiste y porque quieres estar conmigo.

NO SOY UN HOSTAL asi que olvidate quedarte en mi casa si m'escribes solo fecha y dia en cuando llegaras. Quiero leer un poco más.

Me gusta mucho relajarme en la naturaleza, quedarme con la bici, hacer talleres de, cualquier cosa y ir a festivales preferida musica, psytrance, o eléctronica dub o raggae, hacer yoga, acroyoga, slack línea, ejercicios de equilibrio, meditación y malabares. M'encanta la gente sonreindo es porque yo tambien siempre sonreí.

Nosotros tenemos que acostumbrarnos más a una manera de vida mas lentamente.
Disfrutando el momento y respectando nuestro medio ambiente.
Yo estoy haciendo couchsurfing desde muchos anos y después de llegar en muchas casas afuera en el mundo quiero devolver algo a la gente que passan mi camino.
Además es una buena manera a evitar los estructuras capitalistas porque no simpre hay que pagar para todo. Hay que compartir que hay. Por eso me gustaría mucho compartir contigo y tener un buen intercambio de ideas y interesas.
Para mi es muy importante vivir en equilibrio con la naturaleza. O sea consumir más regional y en general lo menos posible, si hay la posibilidad plantar mis propias verduras (aprovecho aquí en Valencia de la oportunidad de tener un huerto comunitario en un centro social ocupado), consumir un poco más consciente, comprar segundo mano, y evitar de comprar de grandes empresas que conducen la manera neoliberalista sin pensar en los daños que provocan en otros lados.

cosas asi :) si tambien te interesan las maneras alternativas para vivir y si quieres vivir en un mundo más cuidado en que la sonrisa de la otra persona vale más como su productividad m'envias un mensaje.

I love to start cooking sessions with my friends, hang around in cozy places, do handicraft work (not too good in it but I love to learn it and do it more and more often ;) and I am always open for learning some new creative stuff), go swimming or even better diving!, go on adventures, experience new cultures and traditions and last but not least go on festivals in summer (most preferred: PSYTRANCE or Techno music :) )
