About Me

ABOUT ME

Queer, non-binary interdisciplinary artist with an open-mind. Also fun loving, highly creative, goofy sense of humor and a kind heart. Currently taking a break from a graduate program in Integrative Studies combining Mass Communications and Art Therapy and planning to use video, technology and art in community based advocacy work. Presently working full-time in housing advocacy for a very small, grassroots non-profit (does not take government funding) that provides shelter and housing in STL.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to begin making more connections with like-minded folks, to learn and grow from others and to possibly collaborate creatively.

Interests

I love spending time with my friends and learning about my new home city while building a community of like-minded people. I also love going to local music shows, making art, writing (plays, short stories, poems), reading and performing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love talking to others about how to engage people creatively. I also love to connect people to new people, experiences and places. I'm interested in spreading mental health awareness, talking about new and creative ways of care and sharing my eclectic and progressive view on life. I am looking to learn more about collaboration and ways to continually be present-minded.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a kind-heart, good conversation, gentle housekeeping, cooking and art.
