I'm very easy going, and generally on the quiet side, but if inspired I can be pretty chatty and prone to long ramblings. I love unusual traveling suggestions, and I'm always up for an adventure. I'm also a big fan of pizza, even the crappy microwave ones.

Interests

I am really fascinated by the Great Outdoors and I love plants, except for lotus flower seed pods which are gross. Gardens are the shit, but nothing beats a good forest. In addition, I'm really into art history, food, feminist media criticism, and elephants. More recently, I've been obsessed with aerial dance and distance running. My dream is to go to Thailand and see wild elephants.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love dark comedies and fantasy. I mostly read stuff about witches and dragons, and my boyfriend and I have been watching lots of X Files lately.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few months ago, I got the chance to visit a friend in her hometown, a little village outside of Barcelona. We were just in time for the fall festival, and there was a moment at maybe 3 am, when we were watching some band perform and everyone was dancing, that I was just struck by the energy of the night. I'm not sure how to describe it, but I'll never forget it.
