ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Kati. I'm fun. I promise.

I have dedicated the past three years of my life to the art of traveling and have yet to get my fill. Although these days I find myself getting pretty comfortable with my life (awesome job, awesome house, awesome animal home companions), I am always down to live vicariously through those who are wandering through my little town.

Some of the greatest people I have ever met have reigned from other cultures and first languages. The relationships built with these people are so valuable because they weren't just handed to me. We worked to learn about each other culturally and emotionally. The bigger the challenge, the greater the reward. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have an open couch and enjoy showing people around Austin, TX (ah--the greatest city in the world--choo!). No matter how many places I travel to, I fall in love with this place over and over again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some great friends through CouchSurfing and expect to be in contact with all of them throughout the rest of my travels. Not one negative experience up to date, and I'm hoping to keep it that way. Best social network idea ever!
