ABOUT ME

I love hanging out with friends, teaching Pilates, and eating & drinking quality foods, beer, & coffee.  I'm pretty much a goof ball and love to laugh.  I am an entrepreneur- opened my own Pilates studio in March, 2011.  My newest hobby is knitting.  I am interested in traveling to almost anywhere in the world that I can.  I am "down to earth" and feel it very important to make and keep good honest connections with people. 

PHILOSOPHY

The only constant is change. Be honest, not only to others but to yourself. Each person knows something given to you at birth; all you have to do is ask sincerely. Question (everything). Find a mentor or listen to elders, b/c when they're gone so is their wisdom of the world. Love. Walk in beauty. Have patience. We think the golden egg is way over there when it's right here all the time, you'll be happy when you share that. When you're happy, all of you are together. Get your hands dirty it will keep your head clean. Don't waste it, use it. Shut up and paint. Have gratitude and forgive.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I & ~50 classmates sang in the Duomo in Florence, Italy on Easter Sunday, 2004. We were in an international singing festival and did very well in competition.
