About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Find a place to live.
ABOUT ME
I'm 21 and excited to start college in the fall. My hobbies change a lot and often, but I've been sticking for a while with winter sports, learning Spanish and traveling, especially in the USA. I'm an easy-going person and usually seek harmony, but find good natured discussions can be quite enlightening.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Let people be people and appreciate them for who they are instead of who you think they should be.
And with all the plans for the future, don't forget to enjoy the present.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy meeting new people, there is always something to find in common, but it's especially interesting to be confronted with totally different views. I believe couchsurfing is also a way to experience a new place not just from the outside, but actually meet the people there, get insider tips and do more than just the tourist sightseeing.
Interests
One of my project is teaching myself Spanish for almost three years now and it's going fairly well. I have also played the trombone since I was 9 years old and enjoy going sailing. I'm also interested in martial arts and have done Aikido and Kickboxing for a while. I also enjoy running and snowboarding is the greatest sport ever invented.

Music, Movies, and Books
My absolute favorite books are the Black Magician Trilogy, I love a good fantasy story and also like to read romance novels.
I'm a huge fan of action movies, especially super heroes. But a good chick flick is always welcome, too.
With music, I listen to pretty much anything, I enjoy rock the most and top 40s the least.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was fifteen I went to the US for a year. It was the best decision of my life, my English sucked (which was kind of the point) and I'd never been out of Europe before, but I had an amazing time and made some of my best friends there.
Teach, Learn, Share
Learning new things is one of my biggest hobbies. You will rarely hear me say no, when I have the chance to listen to, or read or try something new.
In my time as a foreigner in an American hostfamily I also learned to share my own culture, teach people some basic German skills, or tell them about our traditions.
