CURRENT MISSION
Third time travelling to South America, this trip is particularly special because my partner and I will be getting married where we met 5 years ago.. In Peru! I’ve had some wonderful experiences with couch surfing, and I’d love to share that with Frankc and the amazing people we meet along the way. We now live in Australia together, the real outback with crocs in our backyard, and look forward to telling you all about it!

Love seeing places from the eyes of a local, not just the tourist hotspots.

ABOUT ME

I'm an Aussie girl who's grown up in the outback. Always up for a laugh and i am pretty adventurous. Enjoy meeting new people and generally a very fun, friendly person who's quite spontaneous. Love exploring new places and people watching, but also enjoy a chilled day in the sun with a good book. Addicted to Kitesurfing. Will never say no to a few cheeky cocktails either ;) I’m Art Teacher, I love my job working with 6-12 year olds.

Frankc’s a kite surfing instructor turned farmer who drives tractors bailing hay and does a lot of jobs like welding, fixing machinery etc. He’s extremely sweet, generous and has the most gorgeous laugh. He’s a lot of fun.

Only surfed so far- try to reward others couch kindness with stories , laughter, and definitely a meal or bottle of wine here or there !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few couchsurfing experiences under my belt so far- NYC and throughout Peru. All great. Am amazed with the generosity of the rad people offering me a place to stay- stories and their good times in particular!
Am looking forward to being able to host people myself when I am back in Australia :)

Interests

Going exploring, sleeping in, art and galleries, anything swimming related, watching bad TV (30rock, scrubs, SATC, GOT), running/tennis/hikes, reading and reading. And I definitely love a good boogie!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going kiting off the coast and being surprised by a huge walrus 5 metres away roaring at me. Scary as all hell but such an amazing experience!

We can cook pretty well! And I tell an awesome story or two about crocodiles in our swimming pool!
