ABOUT ME

Currently my life is setting in Copenhagen studying Geography at the university of Copenhagen - am quite interested in Earth- and Oceanscience.
I'm trying to be very content living an every-day life in the city, where everything is planned - but I'm also dreaming very much of moving away from the city, somewhere beautiful and quite, with a huge garden and space for chickens and sheeps.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to accept things as they are, and then get the best out of what ever happens.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Try to be open and helpful towards other people.
Currently I don't have space hosting anyone - as I don't have my own place to stay, but I'm looking forward to welcome surfers in my home again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Cuchsurfed in Budapest - and it was amazing!
Spend one New Year couchsurfing in Berlin - had such a good time that I moved to Berlin for a year.
Had some great people staying in my flat, when I lived in Odense.
Surfed at the Azores with a guy, who lived in the most beautiful place.
Only have good experience with couchsurfing.

兴趣

Sailing is my major passion and interest. Got my basic education on the training ship Georg Stage, and continued then to sail on different schooners and a ketch for a couple of years. Have mostly sailed in the Northern Europe, and dream to do some ocean crossings - when the time is right for it!
I also have a little sailingboat named Gerda with 5 other friends, which gives me the freedom to get out of the city and get some fresh air and wind in the hair whenever I want, which I think is very fortunate.

I listen to all sorts of music, depending on my mood.
At the moment I'm mostly digging Bill Calahan, Kurt Vile, Bon Iver, Beach House, Leonard Cohen, Lou Reed, El-P, Cunninlynguists, Blu, Bill Frisell, The Doors.
At the moment I'm very fascinated of books about Greenland, or adventures people who've discovered the world - like Knud Rasmussen and Roald Armundson. - but it sometimes can be difficult to find the time for everything, and mostly I read school stuff!
I also really like movies, all sorts of different ones, but can be very critical!
