Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel, Connect and reflect. To live, love and learn
ABOUT ME
I would describe myself as a friendly, considerate person who loves learning new skills and taking part in new experiences. I like to be generous with my belongings and time and enjoy meeting new people from diverse backgrounds. If your passionate about something, I'm interested to hear about it.
PHILOSOPHY
I'd rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm traveling at the moment so I'm hoping to explore the world and share some time with some interesting beings and their couches. Eventually when I have a couch of my own I'd love people to come and inhabit it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm very fond of a good couch and have had many delightful couch interludes. Im a big fan of a good afternoon couch snooze. I travelled to Canada to catch up with someone I became really good friends with when she was couch surfing at my friends house in Australia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think there is so much beauty and wonder in life. I appreciate so much about the people and experiences in mine and I enjoy everything from the simple pleasures in life to more adventurous pursuits. However, one particularly amazing experience in my life has been meeting my birth mother and then traveling to Spain with her. Also of recent years I have been very fortunate to be part of an inspiring organisation of nurses and doctors working in Samoa.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm interested to learn any new skills in cooking, sustainable living, gardening, origami, music (travelling with a ukelele). I'm happy to share my baking and cooking knowledge and do some collaborative art. I'm also happy to share my textile and craft skills eg knitting and felting and would love to learn more. I'm also interested in personal development and spirituality (meditation/yoga).
