ABOUT ME

I am an open-minded and easy-going person. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures and people. Conversing and learning about others and their history and experiences is one of my favorite things. Glass of wine while doing this doesn't hurt. I enjoy the small things in life and I don't focus too much on obtaining the big things. I feel like I'm just beginning a new chapter in my life after recently relocating to Istanbul and I am excited to see what's next!

My roommate and I have hosted a few people but I have yet to surf. I love meeting up with CSers when I'm traveling though!

Music is a major part of my life. To make a list like this would never cover everything but I will give you a taste:
The Beatles, Daft Punk, STS9, Bon Iver, Thievery Corporation, Pretty Lights, Van Morrison, Janis Joplin, Xavier Rudd, Jay-Z, Funkadelic, Alex Clare, Ben Harper, The xx, Diplo, Ott...the list goes on.

As for books, my absolute favorites are: The Giver, Forty Rules of Love, Veronika Decides to Die, The Prophet, Jitterbug Perfume. I'm always looking for something new and exciting and one of my biggest problems is starting too many books at one time.
