I live in Osaka,Japan for a long time.
My apartment is very convenient location, close to a station and it's easy to get to downtown"Umeda area" on foot. Besides, there are many restaurants and bars nearby.

My job was a researcher and mechanical engineer.
Going bar hopping give me good time.
Not essential, but I prefer travelers who can drink.

Feel free to make a request for accommodation,but please put the code "Naniwa" in your request and tell me about your travel schedule,not only Japan. Besides, what's the my merit accepting you ?.

I refuse to accept guests who are not aware that you are staying at my apartment for free.
And I would prefer my guests to spend their money on restaurants or shopping etc. in Osaka instead of accommodation fee.
