ABOUT ME

I work and I study. I have had many different life experiences and lived in many different places. Now I work with people who have autism and I study art at Dundee university. I have been involved with peace activism using my art skills to make props and banners.

I grew up on a croft in the highlands, I have 2 brothers. We had all kinds of animals there, I used to take care of them. Now I live in Edinburgh with Andy.

I am interested in everything. I like folk lore a lot, music and danccing and of course art.

PHILOSOPHY

All life is sacred. I would also like to see the elimination of hierarchy in human relationships.
I would also say that there are very few situations where you cannot or should not laugh.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - every type! I love to listen to the Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan, Cat Power, Nirvana, PJ Harvey, folk music from around the world, hair metal (especially when I am driving). Andy likes Meatloaf a lot.
Andy has read every Terry Pratchett ever written and is also partial to horror. (Movies, books, however it comes.)
I hate horror movies and can't see the point in horror books.
I like to read brooding "serious literature" and also trashy "real-life" magazines.. I happily binned Anna Karenina however.
