About Me
I am looking to see more of the world that I study in books. I love meeting new people, in particular people who are willing to open up their home to strangers. You hear stories from your parents about the ragtag days of old, where hitchhiking seemed common, and there seemed to be a higher level of trust all around, I really love social progress, but damn I miss that kind of life and want to be a part of that trusting, caring, fearless kind of society. I am currently studying at the University of Delaware for an undergraduate geography degree. And this may seem all kinds of self- congratulating, but as a student studying the world, I feel some sort of obligation to see as much of it as I can...
Couchsurfing can help me do that.
I am 22 years old, and think myself a responsible yet adventurous person. I love to live on the whim, and my number one road trip rule is that if "someone sees something along the route or in a town we are driving through, with enough time to turn off, we will do it." Has lead me to many random, fun adventures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It is a great way to create a network of international friends, I think everyone in this world should try to be connected, past the easiness of online communication. I love bridging cultures through similarities and differences and merely talking about the little to big things this life brings.
Interests
I love movies, kayaking, being with loved ones, exploring new foods, learning cultures, my bike, having conversations, my dog, water color paints, emptying the lint filter of a dryer (it's the little things), and dancing foolishly
