Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've met awesome people while travelling thanks to Couchsurfing. Although the main reason really is that I want to experience local daily life when I travel, and would be happy to return the favor when I can !
(Btw my profile seems to have a bug saying I haven't used CS yet)

Music, Movies, and Books
Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder has definitely been a turning point in my teenage years. I am otherwise not really into novels/fantasy - fiction in general, unless it serves a purpose of explaining a theory/concept. A good story can be great, but mostly I enjoy essays, articles - anything that sparks my interest or gets my attention. In the end I mostly read non-fiction!
Music ? Same old "I'm open to everything", although outside the house it really accompanies the situation's tone. A jazzy atmosphere while having an afterwork drink, a crazy psytrance background to boost up my energy, a soothing classical piece playing around with the piano, an explosive D&B evening, spontaneous latin fever, good techno for a night out in Berlin, or old classics just for fun with friends after a long day/night.
Disney and Pixar are still a guilty pleasure for the kid in me, The Prestige, Fight Club, .. - rather than a list, I like Sci-Fi, superheroes, psychological thrillers, comedy, and pretty much just an enjoyable or interesting story. I watch series or documentaries more than movies at the moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydiving ?
Overall experiences are what amaze me the most rather than singular moments - but I guess one could argue it's those singular moments that make the overall experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love a good conversation. I have pretty stable core values, but am very open-minded : let's contribute to each others' thoughts ! I can share my modest experience, cook, am a good outing buddy but also a chill stay-at-home time with a bottle of wine. Within reasonable actions, I'm pretty much up for anything and hopefully I can share a fresh point of view discovering one of your passions.
Talking aside, let's go dancing!
