My full name is Ekaterina I'm a Russian, grown in Israel. Currently I study Design In Goldsmiths university in London, I like new situations and explorations, even when they are tough I find my self drawn to the unknown.

I grew up in a big family so I can cope with a lot of personalities. Moving from Russia to Israel at a young age gave me the feature of getting use to new situations and environments pretty good.

I love skating. Longboarding in particular. It's a big part of my life since 3 years ago when I searched for something that would replace snowboarding in a daily routine. It's an amazing sport, with so much to offer and a way to meet so much great people! And how can you not love the scene, with all of the art and illustrations in it! It is a true inspiration to who I am.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is just the perfect method of discovering! And what do we do if we don't spend a bit of time on discovering!? I'm hopping to give back one day, when I will have a place to host at, but for now I am just trying to travel as much as possible.

Interests

I love cartoons, and spend to much time watching them. Doodling is the way I get my brain to relax from the daily news and misfortunes as I can be to sensitive and influence by those. Along with it comes illustration and free range art as I call all of the painting with no particular shape to them.
I have great interest in photography analog and digital, and try to document my life with this. Don't know yet what to do with all of it yet.
