Hello in there, my name is Katya, I am 24 and I'm Mexican.
I love to travel, it is my biggest passion. The feeling of leaving a place and arriving at another one gets me a smile on my face. While writing this I picture myself with a backpack and my tennis shoes, childlike look in my eyes while trying to take a mental photo of the landscape in front of me, hoping it will never fade.
You know the feeling of meeting with something or someone for the first time, that's irreplaceable and I'm a committed seeker of that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Movies, uff I love cinema.
Drama genre, art films, is my type cause they tell a story someone can be related to, at least one line or one scene, you get to understand deeply the meaning of it all. Cinema is a perfect way to share culture, humanity and its fusion.

Teach: well if you want to learn Spanish, I think I'm good at it ;) I can teach how to prepare some Mexican dishes as well (after calling my mom for some advice).

Learn: about the daily life you have in your country. I'm fascinated by that, learning about cultures, what people normally do, the trends and topics people talk in other sides of the world.
