My name is Katia. I study law and politics at one of the universities of Madrid (UAM). I'm half Greek, half German but i was born in Madrid. I love to meet new people and learn about other cultures and new languages.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well i would like to host someone but I still live with my parents and it would be a bit weird. Whenever I live alone i'll tell. That's why i'm just available for coffee or a drink.But i would like to do some couchsurfing and live the experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was searching desperadly a place to live in Mannheim the first week I was there and through couchsurfing I found a place to be for the 3 first days.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite bands are: Incubus and Michalis Hatzigiannis. I normaly listen to all kind of music. My favorite movies are: My big fat greek wedding, love actually, american beauty, vanilla sky, the lion king... Favorite books: I really can't speak about a favorite book, I have read a lot that were very good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite journey ever was summer 2011 in a workcamp in the middle of the French-Alps.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some greek, german, spanish or english.. i normally work as a private teacher for kids. I'm quite good at baking, you have to taste my cupcakes, pancakes...
