ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Long Island, NY, but I went to school in Boston. Recently, I moved to Brooklyn and am loving it!
I really enjoy taking long walks and bike rides with one of my many cameras (I used to own a community darkroom in Boston and am pretty obsessed with photography).
I'm starting graduate school in the fall for Urban Planning, and am also really interested in architecture and design. I also am really really into good food and cooking. I love finding new music, and was a DJ at my college radio station. I'm really into fashion, though, as a poor student, I obviously don't have too much money to indulge.
I don't really have any experience traveling outside of the US and Canada, but am super-duper excited to go to Norway and Sweden this summer!

Some of my favorite bands are Shearwater, The National, Okkervil River, Pinback, Band of Horses, Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, Mew, Animal Collective, and a lot of really silly pop punk I used to listen to in high school...

As for books, some of my favorite authors are Haruki Murakami, Kurt Vonnegut, Richard Brautigan, and Charles Bukowski.
