I came back here after a long departure and am a bit confused ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I try not to judge, but understand, try not to fall into machine of grown-up life, but still believe in ideals, higher thoughts, dreams, and that amazing state of thrill about things that some may call unimportant. Try to love people and to make myself a better person. Experience places, people, thoughs, sounds and different points of view. Try to look at things from distance and to be a nonconformist. Beliving there are many more important things than career and money.

Films. Main passion. I try to watch everything. I adore french new wave, old german sf/horrors, hollywood, european and asian classics, crappy b-films, experimental, art cinema, some new hollywood pictures etc. Jim Jarmusch and Aki Kaurismaki are the two filmmakers I like to call my favourite, but the truth is a bit more complicated :) Godart, Clouzot, Lynch, Jodorovsky, Kurosawa, Kieślowski, Kim-Ki Duk, Tarr, Tarantino, Scorsese, De Palma, Coppola, Palfi, Gatlif, Kazan and many many other great masters I could write down here. I cried as hell after watching Into the Wild (both at first and second seeing) and I'd like to watch Easy Rider one more time for almost intravenous kick of vagabond freedom.
Considering some funny stuff, I adore Monty Python, Flight of the Conchords, Woody Allen, It's always sunny in philadelhia etc.

Because of those damn films I don't have as much time for reading as I'd like to. One of my favourite writers are Kerouac, Palahniuk (cynical and bright, like punch in the face that you enjoy, awesome), McCarthy and H. Hesse, I appreciate Orwell, Kafka, Marquez, Hunter Thompson, Dostoyevsky. There would be more or different authors here, if I only be able to organise time for reading those incredible books that still waiting for me.
