Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've loved staying with, hosting and hanging out with people I've met on my travels, though not through Couchsurfing. I'm looking forward to connect with more friendly locals on Couchsurfing, especially when visiting unfamiliar destinations, so I can learn about life from your perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had so many amazing opportunities that it's hard to name just one. Here are a few of my favourites:

- Represented my country of origin in track running;
- Backpacked as a solo female traveller through Africa, Asia, Europe and America.
- Volunteered in South Africa, Fiji, Nepal and Australia;
- Trekked the Annapurna Circuit and Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal;
- Bungee Jumped in South Africa (even though I was adamant I would never try bungee);
- Got my scuba diving licence in Greece and dived some amazing sites around the world ever since;
- Slept under the stars in Cuba (before it was opened to the rest of the world).
