I'm also a very friendly, compassionate, creative individual. I take great pleasure in meeting positive and wise people in the hope of learning from them. I'm one who has to keep her hands busy to stay sane, either by working on a craft project or weeding vegetable beds. I adore feathered and furry creatures, from cats to horses to robins, and dream of living in the country in the future.

I'm a bit of a restless spirit and need constant change, even if it's parking my car in a different spot for a dull trip to a grocery store.

I work in schools mainly supporting children with special needs. Not always easy but a job cannot possibly get any more rewarding than this. I've been working in the field of childcare for 10 years overall and can't imagine myself in a different place.

Forever favourite book is Mark Twain's "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer".
I also always enjoy reading books on domestic history, especially about the domestic affairs of 19.-early 20.century.
