Kayak some Class III+ whitewater this summer

ABOUT ME

I have been a camp counselor, raft guide, and worked on an organic farm. I finally own a kayak and am looking to kayak for a month or so with some good folks. I love whitewater and I can't imagine spending my summer any other way.

PHILOSOPHY

I just started meditating and doing yoga (or asanas). It's a nice way to slow down life and really connect with yourself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some meditation techniques (basic), asanas/yoga practices and offer you some good company and a hand to help around the house. I definitely need to learn more about cooking and for sure: whitewater kayaking!
