I am a very friendly 28-year-old who has an obsession with travel. I love immersing myself in other cultures and getting to know new people with all sorts of different life stories. I'm all about balance. I can do a wild night out, and I can just as easily do a mellow night in. I can spend the whole day hiking a mountain, and I can also lay on a beach all day with a margarita in hand. I'm very "go with the flow".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet and connect with locals of course! I also think couch surfing is a great way to have a fun, short-term roommate experience for both the local and the traveler.

Interests

Moments where I find a real connection with another person.
Looking out on an incredible view, whether it be in nature or in an exciting city.
Wandering aimlessly around a city or village to take in the sights of everyday life.
Experiencing delicious new foods.
Exposure to other languages.
Watching a soccer game with a rowdy bunch of fans.
Playing in the waves at the beach or splashing around in a clean, clear lake.
Relaxing on the couch with good music playing while I do some crafts or write.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite movies/books include Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings (I'm all about the epic medieval/fantasy stuff).
I love reggae and folk music, but I truly enjoy all kinds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's second nature to me, but my friends and family always seem to be amazed at how easily I can wander off on my own anywhere in the world and instantly form friendships with just about anyone. The amazing part for me is realizing how many amazing human beings there are out there in the world!
