About Me

That short haired girl is my mom and I’m proud of it!:D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been in nyc for three weeks now. I was supposed to be back by Jan. 29 for work but my company is allowing me to work on line so now I can stay in nyc till nobody knows when. I have no plans so I’m learning this city spontaneously through any way possible to use the “lottery” time wisely. I’ve been traveling around the world for some years by myself now. I always used Airbnb. The more I learn about the CS community the more I regret I didn’t do it sooner( created my account in 2018 and I just dropped it till now) . This is just perfect for me whose travel purpose has always been to communicate, mingle and learn with local people, who always spontaneously let what feels right to lead me forward instead of tour spots.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds, and I’m not ashamed to tell you I like “despacito” and I dance to it. I would love to have a movie partner!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lying down on the sand of Sahara desert with strangers from different counties, when one of them is Noemie, feeling the stars in the dark like reachable, all my reality problem going away, feeling the calm I never felt before. And Noemie now is my life long friend from France who’s living in London, and she cooked me a veggie meal while I visited the city, with her Spanish bf, German girlfriend who showed up unexpectedly in a happy way.

Teach, Learn, Share

I lead a sales team in Finance and talk on the stage for a living and I used to be a translator in international trade. I would share and teach in any way I’m expected to. Vintage is my life passion

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have some killer Coca Cola chicken wings to share ;) And I’m more than willing to host one day when you come to my city which is also expensive to live in and not many people speak English there. You will get the best help from this former translator in her home city!

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Denmark, France, Italy, Japan, Morocco, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States
