So far I have mostly attended meetups, both local and outside of my area. I love going to other cities and spending time with new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have previously couchsurfed in DC and Canada. I've had people Couchsurfing at my house in upstate NY in the past(roommate was also on couchsurfing and hosted). It's been years since I've been active on this site because roommates in NYC didn’t love strangers on their couch, but I am hoping to be more active again soon!

Currently deep in the Expanse series but have had obsessions with most genres of literature, so I love to chat about whatever book you’re reading :)

For music, I’m varied like most. Some constant tops: Akron/Family, Janelle Monae, The Pixies, Billie Holiday, Kendrick Lamar, Lizzo, Modest Mouse, Holst, also anything I can dance to, of course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the sunrise over Mount Elgon from a mountainside in Buyaya, Uganda, while surrounded by baby piglets having their morning meal was definitely something to remember.
